With a cherry red color, with active and compact froth it recalls a taste of wild strawberry, blueberry, light flower scents as dogrose. To the palate it's dry, fresh and tasty. It combines perfectly with bolognese ragu' based first courses, crubbed steaks, fishes and fish soups.

With a red ruby color, an evanescent violet froth it presents taste of red fruits, bitter cherry, blueberry. Not so warm to the palate but with a consistent structure. It well combines with the traditional local cakes.

Its color is ruby red with violet shadows and it presents an active constant froth. The taste recalls cherries, ribes and blackberry. To the palate is tasty, dry and fresh.
It combines well the typical local food, specially rich homemade "pastas" and roasted meat.

It has a bright red ruby color and its taste recalls fresh red fruit as ribes, blueberry and wild strawberry.
To the palate is tasty, fresh and dry.
This is the youngest farm wine and it's most common because of its freshness.
It well combines with traditional first courses and roasted meat.

It has a strong ruby red color and tastes of a mix of red fruits with flowers scent (violet and cyclamen).
To the palate it's dry, tasty and quite fresh with a good structure.
It well combines with the typical local food, specially with pork based dishes.

It has a bright, limpid yellow color. The smell recalls fruits with white pulp like apples or pears, and some flower scents. To the palate is really tasty, dry and fresh.
It well combines with first courses based on vegetables, grilled vegetables and light cheese.

It has a dark but limpid yellow color and an evanescent froth.. The smell is intense, aromatic recalling fruits and flowers. To the palate it's sweet, not so warm and soft. It's ideal for the end of the meal, combining very well with sweets and fruit nased cakes.

As sense of smell: a delicate scent of cherry, ribes, blueberry.
It's dry and fresh to the palate.
It's a perfect wine for aperitif, served with salami, cheese, salty cakes vegetables, fried and winter food.

Yellow in color, limpid and clear wine with evanescent froth and a delicate perlage. Dry, fresh to the palate and with a good sapidity.
It combines very well with all traditional "Emilia Romagna" pork cold cuts, and typical dishes like "erbazzone" or fresh season vegetables.
